湖北省蕲春县农户宅基地退出意愿及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Farmers’ Homestead Exit Willingness and Influencing Factors in Qichun County of Hubei Province

基于对湖北省蕲春县401个农户的调查数据,运用Logistic二元回归模型分析了影响农户宅基地退出意愿的主要因素。结果表明:户主的技能水平、家庭外出务工人数占比、家庭年收入、宅基地数量、是否了解“一户一宅”政策、是否已经或准备在城镇购房6个因素对宅基地退出意愿有积极影响;户主年龄、家庭总人口数2个因素对宅基地退出意愿有消极影响;户主性别、户主受教育程度、人均宅基地面积、住房结构、是否了解人均宅基地面积5个因素对宅基地退出意愿无显著影响。

Based on the survey data from 401 household in Qichun County,Hubei Province,the main factors influencing farmers’homestead exit willingness were analyzed using Logistic binary regression model.The results showed that six factors had a positive impact on the homestead exit willingness:the skill level of the head of household,the proportion of migrant workers in a family,the annual family income,the number of homesteads,understanding level to the policy of one family can only apply for one homestead,and already or getting ready to purchase house in cities and towns.The age of the head of household and the total family population had negative impact on the homestead exit willingness.The gender of the head of household,the years of education of the head of household,and the per capita area of homestead,the housing structure,understanding level to the per capita area of homestead had no significant impact on the homestead exit willingness.
