安徽省县域经济发展平衡性分析——基于聚类分析实证研究

Balance Analysis of County Economic Development in Anhui Province:An Empirical Study Based on Cluster Analysis

为研究安徽省县域发展不平衡的问题,对安徽省61个县(市)依照10个经济指标进行聚类分析。结果表明:61个县(市)中肥西县、肥东县、长丰县排名前三位,为一类;另外,庐江县、天长市、当涂县、无为县、宁国市为第二类;其他县市分为另外三类。提出影响县域经济发展平衡性的因素,包括自然环境、地理位置和政策因素、城市辐射带动力,并根据研究结果提出培育地方特色、发挥城市带动作用、创新能力建设、加强区域合作的对策建议。

In order to further solve the problem of unbalanced county development in Anhui province and promote the sound and rapid economic development of the whole province,cluster analysis was carried out on 61 counties(cities)in Anhui province according to 10 economic indicators.Results show that among the 61 counties(cities),Feixi,Feidong,and Changfeng county are the top three belong to the first category.Tianchang,Dangtu,Wuwei,and Ningguo city belong to the second category.Other counties are divided into the third category.It proposes some hypothesized factors influencing the balance of the county economy development which mainly include natural environment,geography,policies,and the urban radiation driving force.It also proposes countermeasures and suggestions to foster the local characteristics according to the results of the study,to play the role of city driving,to build innovation capacity,and to strengthen regional cooperation.
