金融支撑安徽省智能制造业发展政策探析

Analysis on the Policies of Financial Support for the Development of Anhui Intelligent Manufacturing Industry

为解决安徽省制造业智能升级“融资难、融资贵”的问题,通过调查问卷搜集安徽省智能制造业融资相关数据,分析得出安徽省金融支撑智能制造存在的问题是缺乏理想的融资环境和金融服务创新不足。金融支撑安徽智能制造发展的制约因素主要包括企业自身因素、金融机构因素及政府层面等。并借鉴发达地区及发达国家金融创新支撑智能制造的成功经验,提出安徽省制造业应加强自身管理,政府应该设立智能制造专项资金,政府应与金融企业合作创新金融产品等对策,为推进安徽省智能制造产业健康有序发展提供借鉴。

In order to solve the problem of"difficult and expensive financing"for intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province,the data on financing related to intelligent manufacturing industry in Anhui Province were collected through a questionnaire.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the main problems existing in the financial support intelligent manufacturing in Anhui Province are the lack of an ideal financing environment and the lack of innovation in financial services.The restricting factors of the financial support for the development of intelligent manufacturing in Anhui Province mainly include many factors,such as the enterprises themselves,financial institution and the government.It draws lessons from the successful experience of developing financial innovation to support intelligent manufacturing in developed regions and countries.It puts forward that the manufacturing industry in Anhui Province should strengthen its own management.The government should set up special funds for intelligent manufacturing and cooperate with financial enterprises to innovate financial products in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of intelligent manufacturing industry in Anhui province.
