摘要
企业薪酬管理是人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,对企业的稳定发展有着至关重要的作用。“公平性”是企业薪酬管理必须达到的目标,对员工工作效率的提高有着重要影响。“公平性”与“效率性”之间的关系紧密,企业健康的发展既要追求公平性也要讲求效率性,要把二者有机结合起来。基于此,对薪酬管理和员工工作绩效之间的关系进行客观分析,并为社会企业薪资管理制度的建立提供有效参考就显得尤为重要。
Enterprises’salary management is an important part of human resource management,which plays a key role in the steady development of the enterprises.“Fairness”is the required goal of enterprises’salary management and has substantial impact on the improvement of staff’s working efficiency.There is a close relationship between“fairness”and“efficiency”,because enterprises’healthy development involves not only fairness but also efficiency and both of them should be scientifically integrated with each other.In view of this,it is of great significance to objectively analyze the relationship relationship between salary management and staff’s working performance and to provide some considerations for enterprises to establish a management system of salary management.
