The obstacle to be remove in rural green development is the problem of ecological environment preservation.In order to realize the prosperity in rural areas,it is necessary to understand the importance of rural prosperity and the importance of taking the path to green agricultural development.It is an inevitable requirement for the new idea of scientific development,an internal requirement for rural prosperity,an important guarantee of foot safety as well as a requirement for harmonious co-existence between human and nature.In order to take the path to green agricultural development,it is required to the advantages of all systems of guarantee:policy guarantee,law guarantee,notion guarantee,economic guarantee,leadership guarantee and join force of society.Finally,the force of all the guarantees should be concentrated on people’s performing of ecological environment preservation and pushing agriculture to take the path of green development,making it serve the life community of us.
