摘要
新媒体既是一种媒体形态,也是一种媒体平台,它能够承载所有传统媒体生产的内容,其高度的数字化、融合性、平台化、系统化等特征在精准扶贫工作中大有可为。针对当前精准扶贫中政策宣传落实不到位、扶贫脱困数据失真、信息监督不到位、扶贫资金使用滞后等精准扶贫的信息瓶颈,可以通过拓展传播渠道、优化内容呈现方式来发挥新媒体的传播优势,普及应用脱贫攻坚辅助系统,借助新媒体经济模式带动发展,开展社交众筹等途径来促进精准扶贫工作。
New media is not only a form of media,but also a media platform.It can carry all the content produced by traditional media.Its high degree of digitalization,integration,platform,systematization and other characteristics have great potential advantages in targeted poverty alleviation programme.Aiming at the information bottlenecks of targeted poverty alleviation,such as inadequate policy propaganda,distorted data,inadequate information supervision and lagging use of poverty alleviation funds,we can take the such measures as developing the communication advantages of new media by expanding communication channels and optimizing content presentation,popularizingthe application of the assistant system of poverty alleviation,promotingeconomic development by means of new media economic model and holding public crowd raising,etc.so as to boost the work of precise poverty alleviation.
