摘要
迪尼玛绳强度高,绝缘性能好,广泛应用于输电线路架线施工中,但跨越施工期间出现雨雪雾天气时,悬索式跨越架迪尼玛绳主承载索和纤维绳网体部分因受潮而自重增加,安装弧垂增大,导致防护网体与高铁接触网线、高速公路路面、高压电力线地线的最小安全距离不够,极易引起安全事故。目前主要靠机械绞磨和手扳葫芦来人工调节,机械绞磨调节速度偏快,操控不便,并且机器较大,来回转场不便,而靠人力收绳的方式对劳动力的需求较大,收紧效果不太显著,存在一定的安全隐患。因此,迫切需要研制一种迪尼玛绳专用收紧装置,有效解决迪尼玛绳弧垂高空调整难题。
Dyneema rope has high strength and good insulation performance,and is widely used in transmission line construction.However,when there is rain,snow and fog in the construction period,the main cable and the fiber rope body of the Dyneema rope are increased by the damp and the installation sag is increased,resulting in insufficient safety distance between the protective net body and the high-speed rail contact cable,highway pavement,and highvoltage power line ground,which can easily cause a safety accident.At present,it is mainly adjusted by mechanical winch and hand hoist.The mechanical winch adjustment speed is too fast,the control is inconvenient,and the machine is large,which is inconvenient to turn the field.The demand for labor is relatively large by means of manpower collection,and the tightening effect is not significant,and there are certain security risks.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a special tightening device for Dyneema rope,which effectively solves the problem of Dyneema rope high-altitude adjustment.
