新时期水利水电工程与生态建设管理研究

Study on Management of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects and Ecological Construction in New Period

水利水电工程是一个国家技术迅猛发展的重要标志之一,随着社会的不断发展,其重要性愈加凸显。改革开放以来,水利水电工程建设对我国社会经济发展、生活水平提升都起着积极的推动作用,但水利水电工程建设也会对生态环境产生一定负面影响。本文分析了新时期水利水电工程在生态建设中的影响因素,进而提出参考性意见。

Water conservancy and hydropower engineering is one of the important signs of the rapid development of national technology.With the continuous development of society,its importance has become more and more prominent.Since the reform and opening up,the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects has played a positive role in promoting China's social and economic development and living standards,but the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects will also have a certain negative impact on the ecological environment.This paper analyzed the influencing factors of water conservancy and hydropower projects in the ecological construction in the new era,and then put forward the reference opinions.
