摘要
为研究新疆艾比湖湿地不同植物群落土壤铵态氮、硝态氮时空变化特征,笔者以艾比湖典型植被梭梭、胡杨、柽柳和芦苇群落为研究对象,分析不同植物群落下铵态氮、硝态氮的时空分布,并进行土壤理化性质相关性分析。结果表明,不同植物群落土壤铵态氮、硝态氮含量分别介于2.45~14.02mg/kg、58.45~1.28mg/kg,两种氮素形态都以硝态氮为主。从垂直来看,4种不同群落的总体分布为柽柳群落>梭梭群落>胡杨群落>芦苇群落。从时间来看,8月铵态氮累积较多,11月硝态氮累积含量较多,且8月、11月铵态氮和硝态氮与土壤的理化性质具有显著性差异。
In order to study the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of soil ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in different plant communities in the Ebinur Lake wetland in Xinjiang,the author studied the typical vegetation of Haloxylon ammodendron,Populus euphratica,Tamarix chinensis and Phragmites communis,analyzed the spatial and temporal distributions of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in different plant communities,and carried out the correlation analysis of soil physical and chemical properties.The results showed that the contents of ammoni um nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in different plant communities were between 2.45 and 14.02mg/kg and 58.45 to 1.28mg/kg,respectively,the two nitrogen forms were mainly nitrate nitrogen.From a vertical perspective,the overall distribution of four different communities was Tamarix chinensis community>Haloxylon ammodendron>Populus euphratica community>Reed community.From the time point of view,the accumulation of ammonium nitrogen was more in August,and the accumulation of nitrate nitrogen in November was more,and the physicochemical properties of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in August and November were significantly different.
