Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process for Straw Utilization in Daqing Area

为了加强大庆地区秸秆利用供应链的稳定性和提高秸秆利用率,针对大庆地区秸秆利用现状,遵循激励性与责任性相结合等原则建立了大庆地区秸秆利用的评价指标体系,通过层次分析法与模糊综合评价对调研结果进行计算,得出各指标权重和综合得分,研究结果说明大庆地区秸秆利用供应链处于良好水平。针对大庆地区秸秆利用存在的问题提出相应建议。

In order to strengthen the stability of straw supply chain in Daqing area and improve the utilization rate of straw,the evaluation index system of straw utilization in Daqing area was established according to the principle of combination of incentive and responsibility according to the current situation of straw utilization in Daqing area.Through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the survey results are calculated.The weights and comprehensive scores of each index indicate that the straw utilization supply chain in Daqing is at a good level,and suggestions for the problems of straw utilization in Daqing area are proposed.
