洞庭湖区生态农业发展瓶颈及对策

Insufficient Development and Countermeasures of Ecological Agriculture in Dongting Lake Area

洞庭湖区作为湖南省主要农业生产基地,其农业的发展面临着人多地少、农业资源无法满足人们消费和农民增收的需求以及生产环境日益恶化等问题。通过对洞庭湖区生态农业系统运行状态、模式与绩效、组织协调与管理等问题进行分析,探索破解制约洞庭湖区生态农业科学发展的瓶颈,并提出相应对策,以期为湖南省生态农业可持续发展提供借鉴。

As the main agricultural production base of Hunan,the development of agriculture in the Dongting Lake area is facing many problems such as more people and less land,the inability of agricultural resources to meet the needs of people’s consumption and farmers’income increase as well as the deterioration of production environment.The problems appeared in development process including operation status,mode and performance,organization,coordination and management of ecological agriculture system in Dongting Lake area were analyzed.The contradictions and problems that restrict the development of ecological agriculture in Dongting Lake area were explored and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.These results would provide reference for the sustainable development of ecological agriculture in Hunan Province.
