执法公正是公安工作和公安队伍建设的价值取向,公安民警是公安工作和公安队伍建设的主力军,在执法活动中必须体现公平正义,维护执法的公正性。在新媒体视阈下,人们对公安民警执法的关注度更高,对执法的公正性要求更高。网络舆论监督对公安民警执法公正性会产生一定的影响,进而影响公安民警执法活动。文章围绕新媒体对执法公正性的高要求,探讨新媒体时代公安民警执法公正性的新路径。

Justice in law enforcement is the value orientation of the public security work and the construction of the public security team.The police officers are the main force of the public security work and the construction of the public security team.Justice and fairness of law enforcement must be protected.From the perspective of new media,people pay more attention to the law enforcement of the police officers and have higher requirements on the fairness of law enforcement.The supervision of public opinion on the Internet will have certain impacts on the justice of law enforcement,thus affecting the law enforcement activities by the police.Focusing on the high requirements of new media on the impartiality of law enforcement,this paper discusses the new path of the justice of law enforcement of police in the era of new media.
