我国警用武器使用现状及对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Use of Police Weapons in China

认真研究我国警用武器使用现状及问题,使民警合理用枪,保证社会影响、民警个人、嫌疑人及家庭等各方利益,维护法律的权威性,应适当扩大非致命武器使用范围、提高武器使用的可持续性,增加相应的制度和培训保障,以期解决警用武器使用中产生的各类问题。

Based on the study of current situation and problems of police weapon to make police use gun rationally and guarantee social effect,this paper proposed that it is necessary to expand scope of non-lethal weapons,enhance the sustainability use of weapons,increase the corresponding system and training assurance,in order to maintain the authority of law and solve the problems during the use of police weapon.
