Main Characteristics and Prevention Measures of Stakeholder Type Economic Crime Cases

以涉众型经济犯罪案件作为主要研究对象,利用文献研究法明确涉众型经济犯罪的基本概念,结合实地调研、实践观察等研究法,探究涉众型经济犯罪案件的现状与主要特点。在此基础上对如何有效防控涉众型经济犯罪案件提出几点应对措施。

Taking the case of stakeholder-type economic crimes as the main research object,the literature research method is employed to clarify the basic concepts of the economic crimes,and the research methods such as field research and practice observation are used to explore the current situation and main characteristics of the economic crime cases.On this basis,several countermeasures are proposed on how to effectively prevent and control the economic crimes involving stakeholders.
