高职教育人才培养与创新创业融合研究——以闽北职业技术学院计算机专业群为例

Research on the Integration of Talent Cultivation and Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Education——Taking the Computer Professional Group of Minbei Vocational and Technical College as an Example

创新创业是国家战略,也是大学生实现自我价值和社会价值的有效途径,能够培养大学生的创新精神与开拓进取精神。通过对计算机专业群的人才培养目标、就业核心岗位进行分析与设置,依托国家政策、专业实训室、创业孵化园、指导教师、校企合作,结合计算机专业群实际的创新创业案例,阐述计算机专业群人才培养与创新创业深度融合的优势,并为突破计算机专业群校企合作瓶颈提供新的解决思路。

Innovation and entrepreneurship is a national strategy and an effective way for college students to realize their self-value and social value.It can cultivate their innovative and pioneering spirit.Through the analysis and setting of the talent training objectives and the core employment posts of the computer professional group,relying on the national policy,the professional training rooms,the business incubators,faculty advisers and school-enterprise cooperation,combined with the actual innovation and entrepreneurship cases of the computer professional group,this paper elaborates the advantages of deep integration of computer professional group’s talent cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship,and provides a new solution for breaking through the bottleneck of the cooperation between schools and enterprises of the computer professional group.
