注册入学背景下学生职业能力培养路径研究——以道路桥梁工程技术专业为例

摘要 江苏省在实施高职高专注册入学改革后,更多人获得了接受高等教育的机会,同时也出现了学生理论知识基础差距大、部分学生学习习惯及自我管理能力差等现实问题,传统的课堂教学已无法在新背景下实现培养高素质技能型人才的目标。针对江海职业技术学院道桥专业人才培养目标,在对毕业生及相关企业展开广泛调研的基础上,对专业课程体系及教学模式进行重构,利用“双循环”校企联合教学模式促进学生知识及技能双提高。 After the reform of enrollment by registration in higher vocational colleges was implemented in Jiangsu province,more people get the chance to accept the higher education;at the same time,there are also practical problems such as the gap in students’theoretical knowledge base,the bad learning habits and the poor self-management ability of some students.Therefore,the traditional classroom teaching methodology has been unable to achieve the goal of training high quality skilled talents under the new background.On the basis of extensive investigation of graduates and related enterprises,this study aims at the training objectives of the road and bridge engineering major of Jianghai Polytechnic College,reconstructs the professional course system and teaching mode,and promotes the double improvement of students’knowledge and skills by using the“Bicirculating”college-enterprise teaching mode.
