行业协会参与校企深度融合机制研究——以物流专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 行业协会参与职业教育改革是高职院校培养市场需求的物流专业人才的有效途径。行业协会指导职业院校完善职教专业体系,确保人才培养符合市场发展的需求。以某职业院校为例,分析了物流专业与行业企业共同确立人才培养模式、人才培养目标,形成“1+1+1”培养模式、共享校企资源、改革教学方法、多维评价等运行机制。 The trade association’s participation in vocational education reform is an effective way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate logistics professionals with market demand.The trade association guides the vocational colleges to improve the professional system of vocational education and ensures that the training of professional talents can meet the needs of market development.Taking a certain vocational college as an example,this paper analyzes the establishment of talent training mode and goal by logistics specialty and industry enterprises,and the formation of“1+1+1”training stages,sharing school and enterprise resources,reforming teaching methods,multi-dimensional evaluation and other school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism.
