摘要 “工作室模式”是高职院校人才培养实践改革的重要组成,该模式将日常教学分为常规教学和特色教学两个部分。我校是广东省最早积极推动“工作室模式”的高职院校之一,将其作为专业改革的一项重大举措,在人才培养方案、课程设置、实训安排等方面优化改革,强调与美术基础教育教师的岗位能力要求直接对接,在课程教学中贯穿职业意识与合格小学美术教师基本能力培养。工作室实训强化某一专业技能,在共性中体现特色。 “Studio mode”is an important part of the practical reform of personnel training in higher vocational colleges,and the model divides daily teaching into regular teaching and characteristic teaching.Guangdong Teachers College of Language and Arts is one of the first vocational colleges in Guangdong province to actively promote the“studio model”,regarding it as an important move of major reform.The model optimizes and reforms the talent training program,curriculum setting and training arrangement,which should have the direct connection with the post ability requirements of art foundation education teachers,to develop a qualified primary school art teacher's basic ability and vocational awareness in the course teaching.The studio's practical training strengthens a certain professional skill and shows its special characteristics in the common features.
