护理床自动封包模糊控制系统设计

Design of Fuzzy Control System for Automatic Sealing of Nursing Bed

首先,根据护理床的清理封装需求,设计了一种自动封装结构,实现纵向封边、横向封口切割功能。然后,采用熔融连接技术,通过模糊PID算法控制温度,将包装袋材料制袋封装。实验结果表明,文章首次提出的新型护理床封装结构,能够实现迅速、严密封装,满足实现新型护理床的清理封包需求。

To realize the package function of the cleaning bag,an automatic packaging control system was designed.A longitudinal and transverse package structure design were implemented.Then,melt bonding technology was used and fuzzy PID arithmetic was adopted to control temperature.The packaging bags of bagged materials were packed.The experimental results showed that the novel packaging structure of nursing bed for the first time in this paper could realize the function of rapid and tight sealing and met the needs of cleaning and packing of new nursing bed.
