摘要
文章针对某百万千瓦核电汽轮机组多次发生轴系振动周期性波动现象,研究了机组功率变化与周期性波动的相关性,分析了振动频率及相位变化规律,探讨了轴承润滑油温度变化、发电机油氢压差变化,以及对中、密封瓦及油档间隙的变化对汽轮机组振动周期性波动变化的影响。
To the periodic vibration ofturbinein a mega-kilowatt nuclear power plant occurs,the correlation between the power variation and periodic fluctuation of the unit were studied in this paper.The law of vibration frequency and phase variation was analyzed.The temperature change of bearing lubricating oil and the change of hydrogen pressure difference of generator oil were discussed and theirinfluenceof hydrogen and generator oil,change of clearance of middle,seal bush and oil gear on the periodic vibration variation of the steam turbine unit were discussed.
