摘要
2017年3月,我国开始了律师分级改革的试点工作,从提升行业透明度,打破行业垄断的角度,律师分级改革势在必行。律师分级制度改革,基础性的要求在于保障当事人的诉讼权益。合理的律师职业评价体系应当是以市场动力为导向,发挥律师协会的行业自治以及国家的间接管理功能。
In March 2017 China began the pilot work of lawyers’grading reform.From the perspective of improving industry transparency and breaking industry monopoly,lawyer grading reform is imperative.The basic requirement of the reform of the lawyer grading system is to protect the litigant rights and interests of the parties.A reasonable lawyer professional evaluation system should be guided by market dynamics,and play the industry autonomy of the lawyer association and the indirect management function of the state.
