A New Exploration on the Integration of College Students’ Work and Family Education

学校和家庭自始至终都是学生健康成长的两个主阵地,高等教育的普及给我国高校和家庭都提出了更高的要求。如何发挥高校的主动性,充分挖掘利用家庭教育资源,合力培养出高素质且符合社会需求的高校毕业生已成为高校和家庭共同面临的时代课题。学校和家庭都应当深刻认识高校学生工作融合家庭教育的重要性,扫清运行机制、思想认识、实践操作层面上的障碍,不断探索推进高校学生工作融合家庭教育的新方法和新途径。

Schools and families,from the beginning to the end,are main contexts for students to grow up healthily.The popularization of higher education makes higher requirement to Chinese colleges and families.How to give full play to the initiative of colleges and universities,make full use of family education resources,and jointly cultivate high-quality college graduates in line with social needs has become a time issue faced by colleges and families.Schools and families should have a deep understanding of the importance of the integration of college students’work with family education,remove the operational mechanism,ideological understanding and practical operational barriers,and constantly explore new ways to promote the integration of college students’work with family education.
