摘要
在卓越农林人才培养的过程中,扬州大学动物科学与技术学院采用"校内实践教学中心+校外实践教育基地"模式,形成了"横向互动循环,纵向递进深入"的创新实践教育体系,实现了人才培养目标与社会需求相融合、创新创业教育与专业教育相融合、实践教育与行业协同相融合、个性化培养与质量标准相融合,对于激发学生创新创业热情、培养科技创新素质、扩大就业渠道及提升个人价值发挥了重要作用。
In the process of training the outstanding agricultural and forestry talents, the College of Animal Science and Technology has adopted the mode of "On-campus practical teaching center + off-campus practical education base", forming an innovative practical education system of the "Horizontal interaction cycle and vertical progressive deepening", and achieving the integration of talent training objectives and social needs, innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education, practical education and industrial cooperation, personalized training and quality standards. The remarkable results have been obtained in stimulating students’ enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, fostering scientific and technological innovation quality, expanding employment channels and enhancing personal value.
