日本国立大学大型仪器中心建设与管理启示

Enlightenment from construction and management of large-scale instrument centers in Japanese national universities

通过对日本九州大学、北海道大学、东北大学不同专业大型仪器中心的实地调研,从建设布局、仪器种类、预约和收费制度方面介绍了3所大学仪器中心的共享管理模式。结合我国高校仪器共享的现状,提出搭建共享信息平台、落实仪器中心管理制度、购买设备维修保险、开展学术交流活动的建议。

Through the field survey of large-scale instrument centers of different specialties in Kyushu University, Hokkaido University and Tohoku University in Japan, this paper introduces the sharing management mode of instrument centers in three universities from the aspects of construction layout, instrument types, reservation and charging system. Based on the current situation of instrument sharing in colleges and universities in China, suggestions are put forward for building a sharing information platform, implementing the management system of an instrument center, purchasing equipment maintenance insurance and carrying out academic exchange activities.
