摘要
介绍了催化裂化(FCC)催化剂和助剂的研究进展,以及连续式催化剂卸料系统与改进型进料喷嘴技术的应用成果。结果表明:抗重金属污染催化剂及相关的金属离子捕获助剂是研究的热点;FCC装置的性能将进一步向多功能化方向发展;介孔和微孔分子筛与中大孔基质的有效组合,以及重金属离子捕集技术的运用,实现了降低焦炭、干气和油浆收率,提高汽柴油、丙烯、丁烯等高附加值产品收率的目标。
The research progress in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) catalysts and additives, and the application of continuous catalyst discharge system and improved feed nozzle technology in the world were introduced.The results showed that heavy metal contamination resistance catalysts and additives were research hotspots;the performance of FCC units would develop towards multi-functional direction.The effective combination of mesoporous and microporous zeolite with mesoporous matrix and the application of metal ion passivation technology,achieved the goal of reducing the yields of coke, dry gas and slurry which improving the yield of high-additional value products such as gasoline,diesel, propylene and butene.
