摘要
采用熔融共混法,以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(增容剂A)或硅烷偶联剂(增容剂B)为增容剂,在其用量为10份(质量),挤出机筒体各段温度为185~200℃的条件下,制备了聚甲醛-玻璃纤维-增容剂复合材料。结果表明:聚甲醛-玻璃纤维共混物的力学性能较聚甲醛有所下降,玻璃纤维增强效果不佳。添加增容剂可以改善玻璃纤维增强聚甲醛复合材料的性能,增容剂A使复合材料的刚性和强度显著提高;增容剂B则提高了复合材料的刚性,而韧性有所降低。
The composites of polyformaldehyde(POM)-glass fiber-compatibilizer were prepared by melt blending method with diphenylmethane diisocyanate(compatibilizer A) or silane coupling agent(compatibilizer B) as compatibilizers under the conditions of compatibilizer content 10 phr(mass) and temperature of the extruder barrel 185-200 ℃.The results showed that the mechanical properties of POM-glass fiber blends were lower than those of polyformaldehyde,and the enhancement effect of glass fiber was not better.The addition of compatibilizer could improve the performance of glass fiber reinforced POM composites.The compatibilizer A could significantly improve the rigidity and strength of the composites;the compatibilizer B made the rigidity of composites slightly improved and toughness reduced.
