摘要
分析了环烷基润滑油高压加氢装置首次开工中出现的产品浑浊,胺液发泡,空气冷却器短路等问题,并提出了相应的整改措施。结果表明:采取加强蒸汽的脱水,增设电加热器措施,可使产品外观明显得到改善。在保证脱硫效果的前提下,将高压空气冷却器冷后温度降至45℃,控制贫胺液与循环氢的温差为10℃,投用活性炭吸附罐,如此可以解决胺液发泡造成装置出现异常的问题。采取接临时水线对泵体降温的措施后,屏蔽泵绕组温度基本稳定在150~170℃,此时机泵运转状态良好。
The problems of product turbidity, amine solution foaming, air cooler short circuiting et al during the first start-up of naphthenic lubricating oil high-pressure hydrogenation unit were analyzed, and the corresponding rectification measures were put forward.The results showed that the appearance of product could be improved obviously by strengthening dehydration of steam and adding electric heater.On the premise of ensuring desulfurization effect, the temperature of air cooler after cooling reduced to 45 ℃,temperature difference between poor amine solution and circulating hydrogen controlled at 10 ℃, and activated carbon adsorption tank used,these could solve the problem of abrormal appearance of the unit caused by amine solution foaming.The winding temperature was basically stable at 150-170 ℃ after taking the measure of temporarily connecting water line to cool the pump body,the pump was in good working condition at this time.
