小学教育专业师范生专业认同实证研究——在专业认证背景下 被引量:2

An Empirical Study on the Professional Identity of Normal School Students Majoring in Primary Education Under the Background of Professional Accreditation

摘要 采用大学生专业认同问卷和自编的调查问卷,对517名大一至大三小学教育专业师范生进行调查,以了解小学教育专业师范生专业认同现状及影响因素,从而为更好地开展专业认证提供科学的参考和依据.结果表明:小学教育专业师范生专业认同整体处于中等偏上水平,并受年级、兼职或实习经历、人际关系状况、专业选择方式、专业就业前景和专业学习条件等因素的显著影响.教育者需关注影响师范生专业认同的因素,着力培养出教育情怀浓重、职业忠诚度高的优秀小学教育工作者. The professional identity questionnaire and self-design questionnaire are used to survey 517 normal university students majoring in primary education from the first year to the third year to understand the status quo and influencing factors of the professional identity of normal university students majoring in primary education, so as to provide scientific reference and basis for the better development of professional certification. The results show that the professional identity of normal school students majoring in primary education is generally above the average level, which is significantly affected by grade, part-time or internship experience, interpersonal relationship, professional choice, professional employment prospect and professional learning conditions. Educators should focus on the factors affecting the professional identity of normal school students to cultivate excellent primary school educators with strong educational feelings and high professional loyalty.
