某型动车组转向架撒砂装置螺纹连接系统安全可靠性研究 被引量:6

摘要 动车组转向架安装撒砂装置作为典型的车辆悬臂结构件,在线路条件下承受随机振动激扰,其与轴箱体之间采用螺纹连接,螺纹连接的可靠性设计对撒砂装置的结构安全和行车安全至关重要。首先建立撒砂装置有限元模型,根据模态测试数据验证了有限元模型的准确性;然后以车轮镟修前后的线路实测数据作为有限元计算的边界条件,提取螺纹连接受到的等效正弦载荷;最后基于VDI 2230-2003e标准系统评估了螺纹连接的安全性和可靠性。结果表明,车轮镟修对改善螺纹连接的安全性和可靠性效果显著,形成的流程和方法对相关轨道车辆螺纹连接的评估具有指导意义。 As a typical cantilever EMU bogie component, sanding device bears random vibration under line conditions. Bolted joints are used between thesanding device and axle box, the design reliability of which is vital tothe sanding device structural and the train operation safety. In this paper, firstly, finite element model of thesanding device was established, and the accuracy of finite element model was verified based on model test data. Secondly, themeasured data under line conditions before and after wheelset lathing was taken as finite element boundary condition, thus to calculate equivalent sine load onthebolted joint. Finally, the safety and reliability of the bolted joint were systematically assessed based on VDI 2230-2003 e standard. The results show that wheelset lathing has a significant effect onon the improvement of the safety and reliabilityof the bolted joint. The method proposed in this paperhas guiding significance for the assessment of related rail vehicle bolted joint.
