摘要
CE102电源传导发射测试是电磁兼容性测试重要项目之一,同时会对其它一些电磁兼容性测试项目产生影响。针对电机拖动系统控制器在CE102测试中出现的多处超标不合格问题,定位出现超标的频点,并从电源模块电路、元件特性等方面进行分析。根据干扰源特性设计滤波电路,计算电路关键参数,提出最终整改方案,并通过再次测试验证了方案的可行性。
Power leads conducted emissions test of CE102 is one of the important items of EMC test.CE102 test will affect oth er EMC test projects as well.Aiming at the unqualified problems of motor drive system controller in CE102 test,the frequency points that exceed the testing standard are located,also the power module circuit and the component characteristics are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the interference source,the filter circuit is designed and its key parameters are calculated.Moreover,the fi nal reform is proposed and verified feasible after the retest.
