摘要
针对县级电网保护时限过长的缺陷,提出“县级电网保护时限级差配合的广义动作时间”作为县级电网的风险指标,采用约束区间编码的遗传算法建立基于此风险指标的县级电网保护时限级差配合全局优化数学模型。通过优化计算荆州市220 kV变电站及其供电路径的实际数据,可得出该方法可有效减少县级电网保护的动作时间及广义动作时间,降低电网运行的风险。
In view of the shortco ming of the long protection time of county-level power grid,the“generalized operation time of the protection time difference coordination of county-level power grid”is proposed as the risk index for county-level power grid,and the genetic algorithm with constraint interval encoding is used to establish the global optimization mathematical model of the protection time difference coordination of county-level power grid based on the risk index.Through the optimization calculation of actual data of 220 kV substations in Jingzhou and their power supply paths,it can be concluded that this method can effectively reduce the operation time and generalized operation time of county-level power grid protection and reduce the risk of power grid operation.
