为满足多条500 kV输电线路同种吨位型号不同生产厂家的绝缘子更换需求,根据同种吨位型号绝缘子不同钢帽结构的外型优化组合及设计加工,研制出一套能满足同种吨位型号多个不同生产厂家绝缘子更换的专用闭式卡具。整套工具体积小、重量轻、易于安装,多条500 kV输电线路绝缘子带电更换的实际操作验证了其通用性和安全性。

In order to meet the replacement requirements of insulators of the same tonnage model from different manufactures for several 500 kV transmission lines,according to the optimal combination and design processing of different steel cap structures of the same type of tonnage insulators,a set of special closed fixture capable of satisfying the replacement of insulators of the same tonnage model from different manufactures is developed.The whole set of tools is small in size,light in weight and easy to install.The actual live replacement of insulators for several 500 kV transmission lines verifies the versatility and safety of the tools.
