摘要
比较我国医学生性格特征与教学满意度的关系,应用MBTI-M中文版和自编满意度问卷(采用5级评分法),测量我国11所医学院校17460名学生的性格类型。结果显示:16种人格类型的医学生对学校教育的总体评价及16个分项工作的满意度均有统计学差异(F=7.197,5.430,5.455,3.167,4.363,3.106,5.150,9.471,6.718,7.759,7.692,2.978,7.657,3.799,5.262,8.226,8.254,P均<0.001)。对学校教育的总体评价较高的是ISFP(4.18)、INFP(4.17)、ENTP(4.16)等,较低是ISTJ(3.95)、INTJ(3.99)、ISFJ(3.99)。医学生在内向-外向维度上,对12个分项教学工作的满意度有差异;在感觉-直觉维度和思考-情感上,医学生均对学校教育的总体评价以及8个分项教学工作的满意度有差异;在判断-知觉维度,医学生对学校教育的总体评价以及12个分项教学工作的满意度有差异。
To compare the relations between personality and teaching satisfaction of medical students in China, 17 460 students were surveved in 11 medical colleges in China with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI)-M Version and self-made satisfaction questionnaire(with 5 level scoring scheme).It showed statistical significance of the overall evaluation and 16 subitems of college’ teaching jobs among 16 personality types(F=7.197,5.430,5.455,3.167,4.363,3.106,5.150,9.471,6.718,7.759,7.692,2.978,7.657,3.799,5.262,8.226,8.254,P<0.001). The highest overall satisfactions of teaching jobs were ISFP(4.18), INFP(4.17), ENTP(4.16);and the lowest were ISTJ(3.95),INTJ(3.99), ISFJ(3.99). It showed statistical significance in the satisfactions of 12 subitems of teaching jobs in E-I dismension, in those of overall evaluation and 8 subitems in S-N and T-F;and in those of overall evaluation and 12 subitems in P-J dismension.
