摘要
为了提高屈服点控制螺栓在零件加工过程中的使用次数,对螺栓屈服点控制技术进行研究,制订了合理优化部分工序螺栓合装参数,将螺栓控制在弹性区使用的改进工艺。试验验证表明:该工艺合理可行,采用该工艺,生产一台发动机螺栓的需求量由原先的两套减为一套,极大地降低了生产成本。
To increase the service times of bolts for yield point control during parts processing,research was carried out on the bolt yield point control technology.The improvement was carried out to optimize the bolt installation parameters in several procedures,and the bolt had to be controlled within the elastic range.The experiment verifies that this technique is feasible and with this technique,only one set of bolts are needed for the manufacturing of one engine instead of two sets before,thus largely reduces the cost of production.
