手术室护士术中低体温护理干预现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of current status and influencing factors of intraoperative hypothermia nursing intervention in nurses of operating room

目的分析手术室护士术中低体温护理干预现状及影响因素,并制定相应防护对策。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月于我市医院就职的300名手术室护士为研究对象,采用行为现状量表,问卷调查手术室护士实施低体温干预现状,从自我效能、安全文化态度、认知现状、职业倦怠感、管理现状等方面对术中低体温护理干预现况影响因素进行分析。结果结果显示,安全文化态度、认知现状、管理现状、职业倦怠感、自我效能是手术室护士术中低温护干预现状的主要影响因素(P <0. 05)。结论患者术中低体温防护措施制定期间需考虑安全文化态度、认知现状、职业倦怠感、管理现状及自我效能等因素,以确保手术过程中患者体温平衡,保证手术顺利实施。

Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of intraoperative hypothermia nursing intervention in nurses of the operating room,and to develop corresponding protective countermeasures. Methods We selected 300 nurses of operating room who were employed in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 as a object. The behavioral status scale was used to investigate the current situation of hypothermia intervention in nurses ofthe operating room. The factors influencing intraoperative hypothermia nursing intervention connected with self-efficacy,attitude of safety culture,cognition status,job burnout,management status,etc. were analyzed. Results The results showed that attitude of safety culture,cognition status,management status,job burnout,and self-efficacy were the main influencing factors of the operation of hypothermia nursing intervention in nurses of the operating room( P < 0. 05). Conclusion During the period of development of hypothermia protective measures for intraoperative hypothermia of patients,the factors such as attitude of safety culture,cognition status,job burnout,management status,and self-efficacy should be considered to ensure the patient’s temperature balance during the surgical process and ensures smooth operation.
