摘要
目的探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者应用基于家属参与的肺康复引导式教育训练对其肺功能和训练依从性的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月我院收治的COPD患者80例,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施基于家属参与的肺康复引导式教育训练,比较两组肺功能指标、肺康复训练效果及依从性。结果试验组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),最大用力呼气峰流量(PEF),用力肺活量时的呼气流量(FEF)及最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)值均高于对照组(P <0. 05);试验组康复训练依从性明显优于对照组(P<0. 05);试验组康复训练效果明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论将基于家属参与的肺康复引导式教育训练应用于COPD患者,可提高其康复训练依从性,使肺功能得到明显改善。
Objective To explore the effects of applying guiding educational training based on family involvement in pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases( COPD). Methods We selected 80 cases of patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received routine nursing. The experimental group implemented the guiding educational training based on family involvement in pulmonary rehabilitation. Comparing the lung function indicators,pulmonary rehabilitation training effects and compliance of two groups. Results The forced expiratory volume in first second( FEV1),peak expiratory flow( PEF),forced expiratory flow( FEF) in the course of forced vital capacity( FVC) and maximal mid-expiratory flow curve( MMEF) values in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The rehabilitation training compliance in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The rehabilitation training effect in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion The application of guiding educational training based on family involvement in pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with COPD could improve their rehabilitation training compliance and improve lung function.
