技能训练联合自我管理对老年白内障术后视力恢复与生活质量的影响

Effect of skill training combined with self-management on visual recovery and quality of life after senile cataract surgery

目的探讨技能训练联合自我管理对白内障术后视力恢复和生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月我院收治的120例择期老年白内障手术治疗患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施技能训练联合自我管理护理,比较两组患者视力恢复和生活质量改善情况。结果干预后,研究组患者视力恢复至0. 5以上比例高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论白内障手术治疗患者接受技能训练联合自我管理,可有效促进患者视力恢复,逐渐改善其生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of skill training combined with self-management on visual recovery and quality of life after senile cataract surgery. Methods To select 120 cases of patients with elective cataract surgery who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 as a study object. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group received routine nursing and the study group implemented skill training combined with self-management. Comparing visual acuity recovery and improvement situation of quality of life between the two groups. Results After intervention,the study group’s visual acuity recovered to above 0. 5 was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Cataract surgery patients with skills training and self-management,which could effectively promote the recovery of vision,and gradually improve their quality of life. Therefore,it has clinical application value.
