中医路径护理对脾失健运型厌食症患儿治疗效果及生长发育的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine pathway nursing on the therapeutic effect and growth and development of children patients with anorexia of dysfunction of the spleen in transport

目的探讨中医路径护理对脾失健运型厌食症患儿治疗效果及生长发育的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月我院接诊的脾失健运型厌食症患儿100例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医路径护理,比较两组患儿的治疗效果及生长发育情况。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组生长发育状况明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在脾失健运型厌食症患儿中应用中医路径护理,有助于改善治疗效果,促进患儿生长发育。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine pathway nursing on the therapeutic effect and growth and development of children patients with anorexia of dysfunction of the spleen in transport. Methods To select 100 cases of children patients with anorexia of dysfunction of the spleen in transport who were admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 as a study object. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing. Observation group used the traditional Chinese medicine pathway nursing. The therapeutic effect and growth and development of children patients were compared between the two group. Results The efficacy of the observation group was superior to the control group( P < 0. 05). The growth and development status of the observation group was superior to the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine pathway nursing in children patients with anorexia of dysfunction of the spleen in transport could help improve the therapeutic effect and promote the growth and development of children.
