中西医结合康复护理路径对中青年下肢骨折术后患者的影响

Effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing pathway in middleyounger patients after lower extremity fractures surgery

目的探讨中西医结合康复护理路径对中青年下肢骨折术后患者的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的86例中青年下肢骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和干预组。对照组给予西医康复护理路径,干预组在对照组基础上实施中医康复干预措施。入院时和出院后3个月采用自编中青年下肢骨折患者知信行调查问卷、Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer法评价两组患者知信行、日常生活自理能力及肢体运动能力。结果入院时,两组患者知信行评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);出院后3个月,两组患者知识、态度、行为评分均升高,且干预组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。入院时,两组患者Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);出院后3个月,两组患者Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分均升高,且干预组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中西医结合康复护理路径能够有效改善中青年下肢骨折患者知识、态度、行为,且有利于提高生活自理能力和肢体运动能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing pathway in middleyounger patients after lower extremity fractures surgery. Methods To select 86 cases of middleyounger patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 as a study object. They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The control group was given a western medicine rehabilitation nursing pathway,and the intervention group implemented the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group. At the time of admission and 3 months after discharge,the questionnaires of knowledge,attitude and practice( KAP),Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer method were used to evaluate the KAP,self-help ability of daily life and limbs movement functions by self-made middleyounger patients with lower extremity fractures in the two groups. Results At admission,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of KAP between the two groups( P > 0. 05). At three months after discharge,the scores of knowledge,attitude and practice of patients were increased in the two groups,and the intervention group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). At admission,there was no statistically significant difference in the Barthel index and the Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups( P > 0. 05). At three months after discharge,the Barthel index and the Fugl-Meyer score of patients were increased in the two groups,and the intervention group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing could effectively improve the KAP of middleyounger patients with lower limb fractures,and it was beneficial to improve self-care ability and limb exercise ability,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
