中药穴位贴敷缓解腹腔镜胆囊切除术后疼痛的效果观察

Effect of acupoint application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷缓解腹腔镜胆囊切除术后疼痛的效果。方法60例腹腔镜胆囊切除手术住院患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。围手术期间,对照组给予常规外科护理,研究组在对照组基础上增加中药穴位贴敷。采用视觉模拟评估方法(VAS)对疼痛进行评估,评价干预效果。结果术后2组VAS评分呈下降趋势,且术后6、12、24、48 h研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后疼痛干预效果评价,研究组总有效率93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷能够有效改善腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后疼痛程度。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on pain afteRlaparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Totally 60 hospitalized patients requiring laparoscopic cholecystectomy were assigned to the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care during the operation period,and the study group was given TCM acupoint application in addition to routine care.The Visual Analogue Scale was used to evaluate the pain degree afteRlaparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the effective rate of intervention was compared between two groups.Results There was a decreased VAS score foRpain in both two groups afteRlaparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the VAS score in the study group was loweRthan that in the control group at 6、12、24、48、72 hours afteRthe operation(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention was 93.33%(28/30)in the study group and 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM acupoint application is effective to relieve the pain afteRlaparoscopic cholecystectomy.
