摘要
目的评价腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案的实践效果。方法选取2015年12月—2016年6月住院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者30例,按中医护理方案要求,结合患者主要症状实施中医辨证施护。结果患者疼痛、活动受限、麻木和失眠症状得到有效改善。患者对中医护理技术的依从性和满意度较高。结论腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案临床应用效果好,对临床开展中医护理工作起到良好的指导作用。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing protocols foRthe patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Totally 30 hospitalized patients with LDH were given Syndrome differentiation nursing according to the TCM nursing protocols.Results Clinical symptoms such as low-back pain,motion limitation,limb numbness and insomnia were improved.Not only the TCM therapy effect was improved,but also the compliance and satisfaction of patients to the TCM nursing techniques were strengthened.Conclusion The clinical effect of The TCM nursing protocols foRLDH is satisfactory,which could provide a guide foRthe TCM nursing.
