摘要
为研究高黏度沥青改性剂熔融速度对沥青改性效果的影响,将2种改性剂熔融剪切不同时间制备改性沥青,分别利用流变实验和荧光显微镜分析改性沥青的宏观性能及微观结构变化。结果表明,随着剪切时间延长,熔融速度快的改性剂更快熔于沥青中,表现为零剪切黏度和不可恢复蠕变柔量等高温性能指标在更短时间内达到最大。改性沥青和混合料的微观形貌试验表明,熔融速度快的改性剂可更快形成网络结构。
In order to study the effect of melting speed of high viscosity asphalt modifier on asphalt modification,two kinds of modifiers were melted and sheared at different time to prepare modified asphalt.Rheological experiments and fluorescence microscopy were used to analyze the macro-mechanical properties and microstructural changes of modified asphalt.The results show that with the increase of shear time,the modifier with high melting speed melts in asphalt more quickly,and the high-temperature performance indexes such as zero shear viscosity and irreversible creep compliance reach the maximum in a shorter time.The micro-morphology test of modified asphalt and mixture shows that the modifier with high melting speed can form network structure more quickly.It is helpful for the performance evaluation and screening of high viscosity asphalt modifier and the determination of mixing process in mixing station by the regularity of modification effect of different melting rate modifiers on asphalt.
