再生烧结页岩砖的烧制工艺研究

摘要 通过对建筑废弃物掺量30%的再生烧结页岩砖坯,设置不同的烧结温度、升温速率及烧成时间试验研究烧制工艺对再生烧结页岩砖性能的影响,结果表明,当升温速率为1℃/min,煅烧温度控制在1050℃,烧成时间保持在4~10 h内时,再生烧结页岩砖的性能符合GB 5101—2003《烧结普通砖》规定的MU10要求,表明利用废弃混合料制备再生烧结页岩砖是可行的。 Through the regeneration of sintered shale bricks with 30%of construction waste,the effects of sintering process on the performance of regenerated sintered shale bricks were studied under different sintering temperatures,heating rates and firing times.The sintering process of regenerated sintered shale bricks can be obtained when the heating rate is 1℃/min,the calcination temperature is controlled at 1050℃,and the firing time is kept within 4~10 h.The strength of the obtained regenerated sintered bricks can meet the requirements of MU10 specified in GB 5101—2003"Sintered Ordinary Bricks",indicating that it is feasible to use recycled waste materials to prepare regenerated sintered shale bricks.
