摘要
针对目前存在的海洋防腐效果不足、基材打磨要求高、关键部位难打磨、飞锈粉尘大等技术难题,本研究以传统的防腐涂料为基础,添加自制纳米复合防锈颜料,制备出高性能的防腐涂料。性能测试结果表明,无论是力学性能还是防腐性能,添加自制纳米复合防锈颜料的涂料都达到有关要求,符合国家标准。
In view of the current technical problems of insufficient marine anti-corrosion effect,high requirements for substrate grinding,difficult grinding of key parts,and large flying rust dust,this study is based on traditional anti-corrosion coatings,adding self-made nano-composite anti-rust pigments to prepare high-performance anti-corrosion coatings.The performance test results show that whether it is mechanical properties or anti-corrosion properties,the coatings with selfmade nano-composite anti-rust pigments meet the relevant requirements and meet the national standards.
