摘要
本文以分银炉产出的铋冶炼渣为研究对象,通过NaCl-H2SO4体系浸出进行铋和铜的综合回收试验研究,考察了药剂用量、水解pH值等对铋和铜回收效果的影响。结果表明,采用NaCl-H2SO4浸出体系可以有效回收铋冶炼渣中的有价元素,所得产物中铋和铜的回收率均达到90%。
In this paper,the smelting slag produced by the silver furnace was taken as the research object,the comprehensive recovery test of bismuth and copper was carried out by leaching with NaCl-H2SO4 system,the effects of dosage and hydrolysis pH on the recovery of bismuth and copper were investigated.The results show that the use of NaCl-H2SO4 leaching system can effectively recover the valuable elements in the smelting slag,and the recovery of bismuth and copper in the obtained products all reach 90%.
