麻竹活性炭负载TiO2的制备及其光降解性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以麻竹活性炭为载体,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2/AC复合材料,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱对样品进行表征,并探讨TiO2/AC对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附-降解行为。试验结果表明,当焙烧温度为450℃时,TiO2以锐钛矿物相负载在活性炭上。在溶液pH值为6时,TiO2/AC对亚甲基蓝的光降解能力最好,经5次吸附-降解-再生试验后,降解率仍可保持在首次的90%以上,且回收率可达95%。 In this paper,TiO2/AC composites were prepared by sol-gel method using activated carbon as the carrier and tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source,the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,the adsorption-degradation behavior of TiO2/AC on methylene blue solution was investigated.The test results show that when the calcination temperature is 450℃,TiO2 is supported on the activated carbon with anatase mineral phase.When the pH value of the solution is 6,TiO2/AC has the best photodegradation ability to methylene blue.After 5 adsorption-degradation-regeneration tests,the degradation rate can still be maintained at more than 90%for the first time,and the recovery rate can reach 95%.
