化工企业活性炭吸附-蒸汽脱附回收废气中二氯乙烷实例分析 被引量:2

Case Analysis of Recovering of Dichloroethane from waste Gas by Granular Activated Carbon Adsorption Process in a Chemical Industry

摘要 本研究采用活性炭吸附-蒸汽脱附装置对安徽某化工企业生产过程排放的二氯乙烷进行回收,该工艺对化工行业有机废气的治理去除率高达99%。自2017年7月以来,该装置运行状态稳定,净化效果良好,自动化水平高。企业使用该装置后,每年产生经济效益56.3万元,回收二氯乙烷约206 t。 In this study,the activated carbon adsorption-steam desorption device was used to recover the dichloroethane emitted from the production process of a chemical enterprise in Anhui Province.The removal rate of organic waste gas from chemical industry by this process is as high as 99%.Since July 2017,the device has been in stable operation,good purification effect and high automation level.After using the device,the enterprise has produced economic benefits of 563000 yuan per year and recovered about 206 t of dichloroethane.
