摘要
水质采样方法主要有人工采样与自动采样,为了检验自动采样器的运行可靠性,本文分别对两种方法采集的3种类型18个水样进行实验室分析,检测化学需氧量(CODCr)、氨氮(NH3-N)和总磷(TP)三项指标。设定人工采集水样的检测结果为真值,利用自动采集水样检测结果与其比对,分析出现偏差的原因,最终提出增加自动采样器运行可靠性的措施。
The water sampling methods mainly include manual sampling and automatic sampling.In order to test the operational reliability of the autosampler,three types of 18 water samples collected by the two methods were analyzed in the laboratory to detect three indicators of chemical oxygen demand(CODCr),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)and total phosphorus(TP).The detection result of the artificially collected water sample is set to the true value,and the detection result of the automatic water sample is used to compare with the comparison result,and the cause of the deviation is analyzed,and finally measures for increasing the operational reliability of the automatic sampler are proposed.
