江苏省“十三五”生态环境保护规划的南京实施情况探讨

Discussion on Nanjing’s Implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Protection of Ecological Environment in Jiangsu Province

“十三五”时期是率先全面建成小康社会的重要阶段,生态环境保护挑战与机遇并存,需加快补齐生态环境短板,以推进经济发展和环境改善并进。为加强生态环境保护与改善环境质量,江苏省“十三五”生态环境保护规划编制出台,其作为引领环保工作的行动纲领,为近期生态环境保护指明了具体工作方向。在梳理规划核心内容基础上,本文总结了南京市的近期实施情况与成效,阐述了南京市环保方面亮点工作,结合当前实际提出了推进未来工作开展的建议。

The 13th Five-Year Plan period is an important stage to take the lead in building a well-off society in an allround way.Challenges and opportunities coexist in the protection of ecological environment.It is necessary to speed up the replenishment of the shortcomings of ecological environment in order to promote economic development and environmental improvement.In order to strengthen the protection of ecological environment and improve the quality of environment,the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Protection of Ecological Environment in Jiangsu Province was formulated and promulgated,which serves as an action program leading the work of environmental protection and points out the specific work direction for the protection of ecological environment in the near future.On the basis of combing the core content of the plan,the paper summarizes the recent implementation and result of Nanjing,expounds the highlights of environmental protection work in Nanjing,and puts forward some suggestions to promote future work based on the current actual situation.
