麝香保心丸与心达康治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin pill and Xindakang in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的研究冠心病心绞痛运用麝香保心丸联合心达康治疗的临床疗效。方法选择我院2018年1月-2019年3月收治的60例冠心病心绞痛患者,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组单独予以麝香保心丸,观察组患者在此基础上联合心达康,对比2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗前2组患者的心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、硝酸甘油用量无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、硝酸甘油用量均比对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者采用麝香保心丸与心达康联合治疗效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Musk Baoxin Pill and Xindakang in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as research samples.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was given Shexiang Baoxin Pill alone.On this basis,the patients in observation group were combined with Xindakang to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the frequency,duration and nitroglycerin dosage of angina pectoris between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the frequency,duration and nitroglycerin dosage of angina pectoris in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Musk Baoxin pill and Xindakang are effective in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and they are worthy of being widely used in clinic.
